This year, along with his crew which consists of:  Chris Malm, Dave Strode, Patsy Strode, Chad Beattie, Shane Wilson, and Tracy Waither his wife Kim and daughter, Regan, he hopes to accomplish a top 3 finish in the points race.  Joe plans on making this a more successful year, by having a back up car.  They are currenlty building one and will have it ready for the 2003 season.

When asked what he would be doing differently this year, Joe stated, “We are going to concentrate more on jet adjustment and shock dyno this season.”  Good luck to the #27 Racing Team!
